Diabetes and Covid-19

Diabetes and Covid-19 2020! So far it hasn't been the year everyone had expected. Lots has happened and we have all had to adjust to new changes. With Corona Virus, many people have had to change the way they do their work and live their life. Luckily in England we have the amazing NHS who are helping us. How is Covid-19 different for me? For me the biggest change is sport. I am still able to go for a run on the treadmill and play football in the garden but it isn't the same as playing a full 60 minute football game. Education I am currently in my first year of high school and half way through the year we have had to start doing school work at home. It has been a huge change for everyone. We do manage to get a walk in most days at lunchtime. During quarantine me and my family have each started running. Me and my dad go outside (while keeping a safe distance from anyone we see) and run 3 miles. My mum and brother go on the treadmill. I decided to go on a run o
